Care & use
Always read through a product’s ”care” section before using or treating your Nadia Wire item, in order to avoid any unnecessary wear and tear. If any wear and tear occurs while using, it is not required from Nadia Wire to repair, exchange or refund. Please be aware that knitwear in general is sensitive to pull outs. These can be caused by keychains, zippers, jewellery or any other sharp edges, which may lead to holes.
Payment
We receive online payments with: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Paypal. Payment will be deducted from your account after placed order unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. As soon as the payment has been received, we will start the production of your order. When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment. All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing: DKK, EUR, USD
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.
Shipping & pick-up
We ship worldwide and have various shipping options to choose among (some countries might only have one). It is also possible to pick up an order at Nadia Wire’s knitting factory located in Søborg at Vandtårnsvej 104 between 11.00-16.30 (weekdays only).
Please note that all products are made-to-order and that the production time may vary from product to product. The production time is specified in each product’s description in the ”Production time” section. If an order consists of two items or more with different production windows, then always count on the longest production time. Be aware that holidays might prolong the production time.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped or is ready for pick-up at Nadia Wire Studio. Please note pick-up must take place within 14 days unless other is agreed on.
Returns
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. You will bear any return costs yourself. Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the return must be shipped or delivered to us no later than 14 days after receipt. Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to hello@nadiawire.com.
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and function. This means that you must try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to you to assess the condition of the item.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing. Complaint regarding defects must be reported within two months after receipt of the goods unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not received if these have been sent on COD.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you. The personal information is registered with and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information, collected and why. The director and the employees of have access to the information that is registered about you.
The data controller in is: We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. As registered with, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to.

Cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, see the instructions on Webshop Cookies and Privacy Policy.
Log statistics
We use a log statistic, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website it is left, etc. The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing’s website.
