Stoll Production Manager
You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and optimizing our knitwear production team and our digital knitting machines. As a stoll production manager, you will have a key position and will be in daily contact with our knitting operators, trainees and seamstresses and together you will uphold our commitment to made-to-order production. You will be a part of an exciting Company, where quality, craftmanship, close teamwork, and innovation are the key to success. Independence and the ability to take ownership are highly valued.
The Ideal Candidate:
You have experience in working with a creative team and have excellent knowledge about Stoll flatbed knitting machines, M1 Plus, knitwear and production planning. You have a proactive and problem-solving attitude and you take pride in delivering high-quality work. You are an independent, positive, energetic team player who always manages to keep focus on the tasks in front of you.
Qualifications needed:
- Eligible to work in Denmark
- 3+ years of working with knitting production, preferably from the fashion industry, specifically: Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting Stoll flatbed digital knitting machines. If you are familiar with 14, 12, 5 and multi gauge CMS digital knitting machines, it is a big plus
- BA or MA in Knitwear Design, Engineering, or other related studies
- Excellent English communication skills verbal as written (Danish is not a must)
- Proficient user in M1Plus, Microsoft and Excel
- Stong understanding of our made-to-order production vision
- Respects the creative process and the design decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively across departments
- Excellent attention to detail and always has the product and quality in focus
- Works calmly under pressure, are able to multitask and structure a good workflow
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively plan and oversee the knitting and sewing production
- Follow and meet crucial production deadlines
- Daily handle, monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the knitting machines and always ensure high quality of all knitted fabrics and products
- Recommend and implement production improvements to reduce time, consumption and the overall financial costs without compromising the quality. Address any production issues promptly to minimize disruptions, waste and maintain product quality
- Handover flawless textiles to the sewing team and oversee the sewing team and make sure all products are delivered on time and quality are aligned with the Company’s standards
- Constantly make sure production timelines, material consumption and inventory levels are up-to-date
- Establish relationship with our suppliers and coordinative to ensure quality, reliable lead times, negotiate prices and sourcing of new materials
- Work closely with the design and development team to ensure that the production aligns with creative vision
- Train and supervise the knitting team in the Company’s digital knitting machines and production systems

Freelance Seamstress
We are always looking for new freelance seamstresses who can work with our production team during busy times.
Tasks:
- Pretreatment of textiles, such as: yarn fixation and steaming.
- Follow the Company’s production manuals & sewing of products.
- Making sure products are always meeting the Company’s quality standards.
The ideal candidate:
- Trained seamstress with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.
- Perfect skills in machine sewing and hand sewing.
- Knows how to operate industrial linking and chainstitch machines is a plus.
- Is reliable and always follows crucial deadlines.
- Knowledge about knitted fabrics is a plus but not necessary.
- Works well independently, is detail oriented and perfectionistic with their work.
You will report to our Production Manager. Hourly pay and hours can be flexible, doesn’t necessarily need to be full days in case you are studying/have another job.

Design Intern 2025
Tasks:
- Assist with research, sourcing, and stitch development on our manual operated knitting machines (dubied and domestic).
- Preparing of artworks in illustrator/photoshop.
- Prototyping: pattern making, sampling (sewing) and assisting with fittings.
- Creation of technical drawings, techpacks and grading specs.
- Update collection overviews and boards when needed.
- Always keep the design studio tidy and the textile archive organized.
- Occasionally assist the team with other related tasks.
The Ideal candidate:
- (On-going) Degree in Fashion, Textiles or Knitwear Design.
- Skills in machine knitting, pattern cutting, and sewing is a must.
- Excellent skills in Photoshop, illustrator, and In-design.
- Basic knowledge in digital knitting is a plus but not necessary.
- Always updated on the newest fashion trends.
- Extremely organized and precise with your work.
- Can work independtly and not afraid to take initiative.
