Textile & Garment Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Textile & Garment Production Specialist to join our production team. This role combines knitting, sewing and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the digital knitting machines and sewing machines, including threading of yarns, knitting of textiles and sewing of garments, according to the Company’s production standards, ensuring precision, durability, and quality. Perform minor machine repairs when necessary. 
  • Optimize the knitting programs in M1Plus/CreatePlus for flawless and efficient textile production. Create operation manuals and document the production processes for consistent garment production.
  • Perform quality control checks of textiles and products and make sure the quality is up to the Company standards. Manage the production flow according to the deadlines defined by the management team.
  • Keep the studio environment clean, organized, and safe. Archive and rewind textiles in line with the Company’s zero waste policy and manage inventory of yarns, machine spare parts and sewing material etc. ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Train, support, and guide colleagues in the production process, knitting machines and sewing machines. Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to refine techniques and ensure seamless production workflow from knitting to finished garment.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in either Textile, Fashion or Garment Technology.
  • High level technical experience working with Stoll knitting machines and mid-level programming skills in M1Plus and/or CreatePlus.
  • Strong sewing skills: You know how to operate any kind of sewing machine.
  • You must be eligible to work in Denmark (e.g. EU citizenship or a valid Danish work permit).
  • Strong eye for details and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet production deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written English skills are essential as we have an international team.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position that includes both daytime and evening shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential, as production schedules may vary depending on deadlines and workload.

Visual Communication Intern

We are looking for a creative Visual Communication Intern who can intern for 3-6 months, minimum 20 hours per week. Certain tasks can be conducted remotely, and we are open for a flexible schedule in case you are currently studying or have another job. 

  

Tasks: 

  • Present content ideas and moodboards that fits the project brief.
  • Scout locations, models and research SoMe trends.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos, that looks professional and adapt it to different formats for our Social Media channels.
  • Assist during photoshoots and events with capturing BTS content. 
  • Prepare material for our marketing and sales partners.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in or currently studying Visual Communication or related studies.
  • Highly interested in photography, styling/fashion and SoMe trends.
  • Excellent skills in capturing, recording and editing photos and videos. 
  • Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Video editing programs.
  • Good verbally in English since we are an international team.

Fashion Design Intern

We are looking for a creative Fashion Design Intern to join our design team. We are looking for someone who can start in January or February 2026 and who can intern for 6 months.

Tasks: 

  • Assist with the creation of swatches, prototypes, and sampling for new collections and special projects. Hereby: research, sourcing, textile manipulation, knitting, pattern cutting and sewing.
  • Create mock ups and artworks in photoshop and illustrator.
  • Update overviews, folders and boards when needed. Keep our studio and archive tidy and organized. 
  • Occasionally assist the team with other tasks when needed. For example during photoshoots or events and with production related tasks.

Please note: This is not an internship where you will work directly with our digital knitting machines, but you will help with simple tasks such as threading machines, winding of yarn cones etc. The internship is unpaid and is fulltime. 

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in or currently studying Fashion, Costume or Textile Design.
  • Excellent skills in pattern cutting and sewing is a must.
  • Skills in Photoshop, illustrator, and In-design. 
  • Knowledge about knitwear and domestic knitting machines is a plus but not necessary.
  • Good verbally in English since we are an international team. 
  • Someone who works well independtly, is a perfectionist and handles deadlines very professionally.
