Online shopping

What happens after I place an order?

Once we have received your order, we will begin the production process. Everything at Nadia Wire is made to order and therefore knitted especially for you. Depending on the items purchased, this process will take between 1-4 weeks (find out the exact production time in each products description. If you have purchased more than 1 item, always count on the longest production time).

 

The production process itself consist of first knitting the fully-fashioned garments on our digital knitting machines. Next up the garments will receive the appropriate treatment and then they will be assembled by the sewing team. Once the final garments have been quality checked, we will wrap up your order and sent it to you straight from our knitting factory. Once this has been done, you will receive an email to confirm the shipment.

How long will my order take?

Your especially made order will leave our knitting factory depending on the given production timeframe, which is stated in each products description in the ‘’Production time’’ section. If you need your order before, reach out to us at hello@nadiawire.com – maybe we can figure something out.

 

The delivery timeframe depends on your location and on the carrier of your choice. Find out a more specific timeframe on the carrier’s website or feel free to send us an email at hello@nadiawire.com.

I cannot place an order, what is wrong?

If you are having an issue with placing an order, always reach out to us athello@nadiawire.com. Then we will help as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order now it has been placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us no later than 24 hours after the placement of your order, so we will be able to stop the production in time and therefore avoid wasting our resources.

I have not received an order confirmation, what do I do?

If you have not received an order confirmation, this is what to do:

  1. Start out with checking your spam folder. If you are not able to find your order confirmation here, please follow the next step.


  2. Get in touch at hello@nadiawire.com and we will resend it to you. Often this happens if you somehow have entered a wrong email address.
How do I use a gift card or a discount code?

If you are the lucky person to receive a gift card from someone special, then the gift card code always needs to be entered in the ‘’Have a gift card?’’ box in your cart or at check-out.

 

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the ‘’coupon code’’ box in your cart or at check-out.

I cannot find the item I am looking for, what is wrong?

This most likely means, that we have taken the given item out of production, but don’t fret – maybe you are lucky, and we can figure something out. Get in touch at hello@nadiawire.com. Just be aware we cannot promise anything, since this probably means, we are no longer able to acquire the yarns needed.

What payment methods are available to me?

We offer secure payment, where you can pay with either Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay. If you are not able to pay with any of the mentioned options, please get I touch ahello@nadiawire.com.

What does "Almost Gone" mean?

If a product is ’Almost Gone’ on our website, it means that we have almost used all our yarns for this specific style, and soon we cannot produce more of it. We only buy a limited amount of yarns from our European yarn suppliers, as we match supply and demand. So, make sure you order it before all our yarns are ‘All Gone’.

What does "All Gone" mean?

If a product is ’All Gone’ on our website, it means that we have used all our yarns for this specific style, and cannot produce it anymore.

However, you have the option to sign up for notifications in case the product becomes available again incase of a return.

If you sign up, this also will help us determine if there is a demand for this product. We match supply and demand, and we will order more yarns if there is a demand for it.

Returns & refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course! You always have 14 days to return your order after receipt. Please note that you must cover the return costs. If you wish to return your order, let us know at hello@nadiawire.com and we will guide you further trough the process.

When will I get my refund?

We will handle your return within 48 hours after receipt (please allow us some extra time if received on a Friday) and let you know as soon as it is done. You will then be able to see the refund on your account within 1-5 weekdays.

I have received an incorrect item/a damaged package, what do I do?

Get in touch immediately athello@nadiawire.comand we will figure out what to do depending on the given situation.

Do you offer exchanges?

If you have changed your mind and fallen in love with something else upon receival, then you simply return your order and place a new one. Always let us know if you wish to return your order athello@nadiawire.com.

What are my shipping options?

Your shipping options will be stated at check-out and may vary depending on your location. If you have a special shipping request, always get in touch before your purchase, so we will be able to check if it is something we can accommodate.

What countries do you ship to?

It is easy! We ship Worldwide.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier of your choice. Follow the journey of your parcel through the link they will share with you.

What is the delivery timeframe?

Care & use

How do I take care of my items?

All our items have a care label attached, where you can find your given item’s care instructions. You can also find out how to treat your Nadia Wire treasures at our website in each product’s description in the ‘’Material & care’’ section. If you have any questions regarding the care of your item, feel free to send us a mail at hello@nadiawire.com.

What do I do if pull outs occur?

Knitwear is sensitive to pull outs – that is just the nature of it. If a pull out ever occurs to your item, do not cut it off, since this action may lead to holes – instead tuck it in and it should not be visible to your eye when worn.

Do you have a repair service?

Not at the given moment, but we are working on something so stay tuned.

Size & garments

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we do! In each product’s description, you will find a size guide in the ‘’Size guide’’ section. Please note that all our products fit multiple sizes, so if you are in doubt try and measure yourself or reach to us at hello@nadiawire.com– we are happy to help.

What is the composition of your garments?

You can find the composition of each product on the care label or in the product’s description in the ‘’Material & care’’ section.

Where can I try on your items?

This is a tricky one! If you are in Denmark, you are more than welcome to come visit us at our knitting factory and try on the items of interest. Please note you must schedule an appointment before showing up.

If you however are not nearby, then you can check out if any of our stockists are more approachable to you.

You can of course also just buy the item at our website and try it on at home, since we have a 14-day return policy.

Will there be online sales?

We do not believe in online sales. Everything we create is designed, manufactured, and shipped by the Nadia Wire team, and just because an item has been available for 6 months or so, it does not change the value of the item. We still produce made to order, and therefore we still have to knit the item, once an order has been received.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we only have our cute online store with Worldwide delivery. 

Our knitwear is also available in multiple stores around the globe, so go check out our stockists and find someone near you.
