フルファッション
フルファッションとは、生地を編み機で直接形作ることを意味します。それぞれの形とサイズに合わせて技術的な編みプログラムを作成するので、ニットを組み立てるときに生地を切る必要がありません。不必要な材料を作らないようにすることで、本来は廃棄物とみなされる生地を大量に排除しています。

当社のテキスタイルはすべて、認定されたヨーロッパのサプライヤーから仕入れた高級糸を使用して、現場で編まれています。当社は、機械上で直接生地を成形するフルファッション技術を採用し、材料の無駄を最小限に抑えています。
生地は縫製部門に送られ、糸端の固定、アイロンがけ、スチーム処理などの仕上げ作業が行われ、その後、ネックタグとケアラベルが付けられて組み立てられます。
当社では、編み上げ後の繊維や組み立て後の各衣服を検査するなど、あらゆる段階で品質チェックを実施し、最高品質を確保しています。
完成した衣服は、安全にお客様の玄関までお届けできるよう、最上階で包装・梱包されます。お近くにお住まいの場合は、直接お引き取りいただくことも可能で、送料を節約できます。
