Fully Fashioned
Fully Fashioned means that we shape our fabrics directly on the knitting machine. We create technical knitting programs for each shape and size, so we don’t need to cut into fabrics, when assembling the knits. We avoid creating any unnecessary materials and we are therefore eliminating a lot of fabric, that would otherwise be considered waste.

How it all works at Nadia Wire
Environmental responsibility is central to our business. We prioritize transparency and produce only to meet demand - no stock, no mass production.
All our textiles are knitted on-site with exclusive yarns from certified European suppliers. We use fully fashioning to shape fabrics directly on the machine, minimizing material waste.
The textiles go to our sewing department for finishing touches like securing yarn ends, ironing, and steaming. Then, they’re assembled with a neck tag and care label.
We conduct quality checks at every stage, inspecting textiles after knitting and each garment post-assembly to ensure top quality.
The final garment is wrapped and packed on our top floor for safe delivery to your doorstep. If you're nearby, you can also pick it up and save on shipping!
