Fitting Models & Garment Testers

We are looking for female fitting models and garment testers in EU sizes 42, 44, 46, and 48 to join our team and help us with finding the perfect the fit, comfort, and durability of our collections.

This role is more than a traditional fitting model — you will become part of our small focus group of garment testers, working closely with our development department and designers.

As part of the role, you will attend fitting sessions where garments are tested and adjusted. In addition, you will also be asked to test selected garments at home to evaluate fit, comfort, movement, washing and durability in everyday wear.

Your feedback will play an important role in ensuring that every Nadia Wire piece feels and fits exactly as intended.

What we are looking for
  • Female fitting models in EU sizes 40, 42, 44, 46, or 48
  • Ability to attend fittings at short notice when needed

Fittings take place at our Head Office in Søborg and can sometimes occur with short notice.

Compensation/salary;

In-person fittings

  • 150 DKK/hour
  • Minimum 2-hour booking

Garment testing

  • 300 DKK clothing allowance per completed garment test

Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our production team. This role combines knitting, sewing and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the digital knitting machines and sewing machines, including threading of yarns, knitting of textiles and sewing of garments, according to the Company’s production standards, ensuring precision, durability, and quality. Perform minor machine repairs when necessary. 
  • Optimize the knitting programs in M1Plus/CreatePlus for flawless and efficient textile production. Create operation manuals and document the production processes for consistent garment production.
  • Perform quality control checks of textiles and products and make sure the quality is up to the Company standards. Manage the production flow according to the deadlines defined by the management team.
  • Keep the studio environment clean, organized, and safe. Archive and rewind textiles in line with the Company’s zero waste policy and manage inventory of yarns, machine spare parts and sewing material etc. ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Train, support, and guide colleagues in the production process, knitting machines and sewing machines. Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to refine techniques and ensure seamless production workflow from knitting to finished garment.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in either Textile, Fashion or Garment Technology.
  • High level technical experience working with Stoll knitting machines and mid-level programming skills in M1Plus and/or CreatePlus.
  • Strong sewing skills: You know how to operate any kind of sewing machine.
  • You must be eligible to work in Denmark (e.g. EU citizenship or a valid Danish work permit).
  • Strong eye for details and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet production deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written English skills are essential as we have an international team.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position that includes both daytime and evening shifts. Flexibility and reliability are essential, as production schedules may vary depending on deadlines and workload.

Development Internship

We are looking for creative Development Interns that can join our team. Minimum 4 months, but preferable 6 months. The internship is fulltime.

Tasks: 

  • Assist with the shape development of new styles: Hereby: Pattern cutting, sewing, grading of sizes, adjusting of artworks and patterns in Photoshop, Illustrator or M1Plus. 
  • Create prototypes and showroom samples by using knitting machines and sewing machines.
  • Assist during fittings and implement technical adjustments. 
  • Document the development processes and updating files/documents/folders accordingly.
  • Keeping the studio, stock and showroom organized and tidy. Archive samples and rewind yarns/textiles in line with the Company’s zero waste policy.
  • Occasionally assist the team with other tasks when needed. For example during photoshoots or events and with production related tasks.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in or currently studying Fashion, Costume or Knitwear Design.
  • Excellent skills in pattern cutting and sewing.
  • Skills in Photoshop, illustrator and Excel.
  • Basic skills in M1Plus and Stoll digital knitting machines is a plus.
  • Highly interested in knitwear and garment construction.
  • Good verbally in English since we are an international team. 
  • Someone who works well independently, is a perfectionist and handles deadlines very professionally.

Production Internship

We are looking for Production Interns that are passionated about sustainability, that can join our team. Minimum 4 months, but preferable 6 months. The internship is fulltime.

Tasks:

  • Support the team with our made-to-order production, hereby: knitting of textiles on digital knitting machines and sewing of garments/products.
  • Support with quality control checks of textiles and garments to ensure products always meet the company standards.
  • Assist with organising, archiving and rewinding of materials in line with the company’s zero-waste approach.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
  • Support stock inventory management, including keeping track of yarns, sewing material and machine spare parts etc.
  • Assist the team with documentation of production processes, create and update manuals and overviews.
  • Occasionally assist the team with other tasks when needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Textile, Fashion, or Garment Design/Technology.
  • Interest in knitwear production and garment manufacturing.
  • Excellent sewing skills and willingness to learn about digital knitting.
  • Basic skills in digital knitting machines (e.g., Stoll) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and committed to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Technically skilled and works well in excel.
  • Good verbal and written English skills (our team is international).

Digital Marketing Internship

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team, that can intern for 4-6 months, minimum 25 hours per week. We are open for a flexible schedule in case you are currently studying or have another job.   

Tasks: 

  • Develop storylines around collections, products and launches. Present content ideas and moodboards that fits the project brief. Scout locations, models and research SoMe trends.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos, that looks professional and adapt it to different formats for our Social Media channels. Assist with Meta Ads Manager and monitor campaign performance and analyze results. 
  • Design and write newsletters in Klaviyo and develop automated email flows.
  • Upload and update products on Shopify, write product descriptions and general support of maintaining the website.
  • Take product and webshop photos and editing of images. Assist during events and photoshoots. Prepare graphic material for our external partners.
  • Make sure the showroom is tidy and presentable at all times. Keep track of the collection stock and make sure it is up to date.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Degree in or currently studying digital marketing, communication or a related field
  • Highly interested in photography, SoMe trends, digital marketing and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent skills in capturing, recording and editing photos and videos. 
  • Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and Video editing programs.
  • Basic skills in Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Good verbally in English since we are an international team. 
  • Someone who takes initiative and is reliable and handles deadlines very professionally.
